During a visit to his hometown of Hebron in December 2020, Mahmoud joined a weekly radio show on AlRabi’a Radio (88.7 FM) to explain the effect of COVID-19 on the Palestinian economy, and highlight a proposed set of actions to guide the government and business response.

Speaking from Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya, Mahmoud explains the work of the World Economic Forum (WEF) to connect refugees and members of the host community in Kakuma Refugee Camp and the Kalubeyei region in Kenya to the global economy.
